Bakery lab consists of highly sophisticated equipments installed to provide training on Basic Bakery and confectionery. The training is conducted by specialized Bakery chef. The students are trained to do products such as cakes, cookies, pastry, mousse, truffles, icing etc. Advanced machinery and technologies are widely used to in the practical lab to learn and explore in baking.
Students are also taught about the latest techniques and skills needed for various baking procedures, and they get to know the various types of ingredients used in baking. They also develop a working knowledge of the equipments needed for baking. Students get well trained in all art and quality baking.
